Surgery Nightmares

Ok so, I have had to have surgery again. The second time in 2 months. I am still recovering and this time is alot harder and more painfull.
Well, in October i had my gall-Bladder removed and this time the doctors think they may have miss diagnosed me and they should have taken out my appendix. so thats what they took out. I got to have a cat scan, that was pretty cool. But it was also scarry. i started crying before they put my in cause i was scared of the results. my doctor told my i could either have an appendicitis or crohns disease the doctor said to hope for an appendicitis, he said, it's a quick fix and we will take you to surgery immediatly. and if it is crohns than it would be something that i would have to live with for the rest of my life. and although there alot of modern medicines that could help me with crohns. it can be a hard disease to overcome.

About crohn's
Crohn's disease causes inflammation of the digestive system. It is one of a group of diseases called inflammatory bowel disease. The disease can affect any area from the mouth to the anus. It often affects the lower part of the small intestine called the ileum.
Crohn's disease seems to run in some families. It can occur in people of all age groups but is most often diagnosed in young adults. Common symptoms are pain in the abdomen and diarrhea. Bleeding from the rectum, weight loss, joint pain, skin problems and fever may also occur. Children with the disease may have growth problems. Other problems can include intestinal blockage and malnutrition.
Treatment may include medicines, nutrition supplements, surgery or a combination of these options. Some people have long periods of remission, when they are free of symptoms.

Well a will update later when i am feeling better.

Camping in August

Derek
StaceyStacey and Nadia
Pat loves to fly fish, we just had to camp on the river, easy access.
Daddy and Nadia on our hike.
Nadia didn't like the fact that we were watching her eat sand.
I had to take a picture before i asked her to stop eating it.
But she didn't listen of course, and she didn't like it once it was in her mouth, she eventually gagged and threw up a little.

Seaside vacation

Saturday the 4th we travelled to Seaside Or. and i was hoping to have pictures to show you but i doubt i have any good ones. well, first of all we had a few road blocks. so Friday Nadia got sick with a high fever, we decided to go anyways thinking that it would get better but it didn't, it went on for days. the weather was to say the least over cast and nadia didn't want to leave the resort. she just wanted to sleep and be held.cant blame her though so there are two reasons why i don't have pictures. so tuesday i thought nadia was feeling better so we were headed out to go to the aquarium before we left to go home and on our way out the door i noticed she had a really bad rash on her back, so we checked the rest of her and it was all over her stomach, then i noticed it on her nose and forehead. so we decided not to go to the aquarium. and just decided to go home. but before we got home we had friends to visit in Vancouver so we stopped there for dinner,we were going to stay the night but after all that we had been through we decided we had just better go home and take Nadia to the doctors as soon as possible. so we made it home at around 1:30 wednesday morning. so we took nadia to the doctor, he said she has the 3 day measles which is most non threatening and most common kind that kids get and that there is nothing that you can do but let it runs it's coarse. he also said the she would have a fever for about 3 days and a rash for 3 days and that was exactly like what had happened. she is much better now. her rash is barely noticable. well that was our vacation, i hope our next one will be alittle more enjoyable for all. if i have any pics i try to get them up for all to see.
